The hotel is modern and sleek, it felt like home away from home. The room is very well lit with plenty of plugs for plugging up electronics. Stay within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, including Dave & Busters while being just minutes from Old Salem, Reynolda House. The room also had a sink, cabinet, microwave, and mini fridge as a mini kitchen. The shower has a glass door so there isn’t a cloth shower curtain, which I liked most! There was a coffee maker in the room but they also serve hot coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The tv could be turned where you can view it from the couch or bed. I stayed in a king suite, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows, there was a big couch (that turns into a sleeper sofa) and ottoman. The staff were also very accommodating to me needing to check in an hour early and check out an hour late. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast had a good variety that tasted good. I decided to stay at this hotel because it was highly recommend by a friend. I had to visit Winston-Salem for a business conference.
